CCV Summer Games 2012 Overview

The Corporate Champions Vancouver Summer Games (“CCV Summer Games”) is an annual multi-sports challenge for organizations large and small. The unique event brings together companies and non-profit organizations across Metro Vancouver to encourage team building and health & wellness in the workplace.

In 2012, Corporate Champions Vancouver will be partnering with the Richmond Olympic Oval to deliver a bigger and better experience. CCV has added more sports, more social opportunities, more team pride, and altogether more FUN to the mix! The event will span over a period of eight days from June 2 to June 10, 2012.

Sports & Activities

The CCV Summer Games 2012 consists of 11 co-rec sports and a list of special events. The sports include: Outdoor Soccer, Volleyball, Dodgeball, Go-Karting, Bowling, Basketball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Floorball, Spinning and Indoor Soccer. See all the Sports Available.

Beyond the sports there activities that include: social events (Trivia Night!), a Kick-Off Celebration and a Closing Awards Ceremony. See the Celebrations and Socials.

Participating Companies & Organizations

Since the inaugural event in 2010 over 40 companies and more than 1,900 participants have experienced the CCV Summer Games. Companies and organizations including WorkSafe BC, EA Sports, and PricewaterhouseCoopers have donned company colours to compete in the event. Browse the List of Participating Companies.

Dates & Times

CCV Summer Games 2012 Kicks-Off on June 2, 2012 and runs until June 10, 2012. All activities will take place during non-business hours either in the evening or on the weekends. Most of the CCV Summer Games 2012 sports will be held at the Richmond Olympic Oval over the event’s final weekend. View the Events Calendar.

Registration Fees & Deadlines

Registration fees include sport registration, all equipment, social events and gifts from CCV Summer Game sponsors and partners such as LifeMark Health and Nviromind Environmental Products.

Registration fees range from $150/team to $2,500 for an all inclusive package that includes all the sports. The fees breakdown to be approximately $40/participant per sport.

The Early Bird Registration Deadline is on Friday February 10, 2012. Register Your Team.
