Corporate Champions Vancouver Fair Play Policy

I. Please adhere to the general principles of Corporate Champions Vancouver Fair Play:

  1. Follow the rules;
  2. Respect your team and opponents; and
  3. Represent your company in a professional manner.

II. When the general principles are violated, the Corporate Champions Vancouver organizing team reserves the right to disqualify, suspend, remove, or sanction coaches, players, spectators, and or companies before, during, or after the competition. All incidents will be reported to Company Coordinators.

III. The event coordinators have the authority to remove any player or team from the premises for unsportsmanlike conduct.

Corporate Champions Vancouver Cancellation Policy

I. Cancellations must be in writing either emailed or faxed to the Corporate Champions Vancouver office.

II. If a team must cancel their participation in a sport, the penalties are as follows:

Registration Fees

  1. Notification given Before or On April 27, 2012:  100% of the full registration fee will be returned and an administrative fee will be charged.
  2. Notification given After April 27, 2012 : 50% of the full registration fee will be returned and an administrative fee will be charged.
  3. Notification given After May 25, 2012: 0% of the full registration will be returned.

Champions Points

  1. Notification given after May 19, 2012: All cancellations after this date will result in a ten (10) point deduction of the overall company points score
  2. Notification given within 48 hours of a match or race: All cancellations made within 48 hours before the start of the match or race will result in a twenty (20) point deduction of the overall company points score.
  3. No notification given: If a company misses two matches or the entire race, the team will be considered a Cancellation or No Show and a thirty (30) point deduction of the overall company points score will be applied.

If you are aware that your team cannot attend a match or race, please inform the Corporate Champions team so your opponents are also made aware of the situation.
