Volunteers play a large role in the success of Corporate Champions Vancouver. We are now searching for dedicated volunteers for Corporate Champions Vancouver Summer Games 2012.

Volunteers of CCV will receive a free meal at the event and a reference letter as a thank you for their contributions. Other volunteer benefits include:

Games Day Director

This summer, meet and work alongside a fun and energetic team while networking with professionals from across Metro Vancouver.  A Games Day Director helps plan, coordinate and oversee the smooth operations of one or multiple CCV Summer Games activities. Activities includes Outdoor soccer, Floorball, Indoor Volleyball, Table Tennis, Basketball, Badminton, Indoor soccer, Stationary Granfondo, Dodgeball.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 19 years or older
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to interact professionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast environment
  • Available on event days (June 2 & 3, and/or June 9 & 10)
  • Available during orientation day (2 weeks prior to CCV Summer Games 2012)
  • Knowledge of, and a passion for, business and sports would be an asset

Games Day Assistant Director

Event Ambassadors

An Event Ambassador displays their friendliness and exceptional customer service skills through working closely with participating companies and participants. The role requires overseeing the event registration booth, answering participant questions, wayfinding and maintaining a connection with participants and sponsors.

Official Event Photographer

Event photographers will be on hand to capture the precious moments of the CCV Summer Games. Photographers will be working under the coordination of professional photographers from Ron Sombilon Gallery.

  • Ability to interact professionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast environment

Social Media Director

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position will be responsible for the execution of all social media strategies for the Corporate Champions Vancouver and its programmes to enable further interaction and engagement with CCV’s audiences. The Social Media Director will work towards increasing the marketing teams brand awareness and website traffic.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 19 years or older

  • Ability to interact professionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast environment
  • Available a minimum of 8 hours each week leading to the event
  • Available on event days (June 2 & 3, and/or June 9 & 10)

  • Knowledge of, and a passion for, business and sports would be an asset

Creative & Graphics Design Lead

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position will be responsible for the execution of all creative strategies for the CCV Summer Games to enable involvement of CCV’s audiences as well as promote the CCV Summer Games. The Creative & Graphics Lead will create posters, website images and other graphics related items.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 19 years or older

  • Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast environment
